POSITION SUMMARY
As a Campus Recruiter you will be responsible for hiring junior consultants and interns. In order to attract high potential students you will organize and attend recruiting events (among with our internal business courses) in the Netherlands.
You will act as the liaison between Bain and universities, study and student associations as well as internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will have intensive communication and correspondence with candidates throughout the year and will closely work together with consultants who are contributing to recruiting efforts. Together with the recruiting team you will manage successful follow-up for high potential candidates to accelerate Bain’s growth ambitions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for all our campus recruiting candidates
• Organize on-campus and in-office recruiting events for targeted universities (including end-to-end logistics)
• Act as liaison between university career services, study and student associations and build and maintain strong relationships
• Manage campus recruiting team efforts, facilitate team planning meetings, and provide admin support as needed
• Work effectively with the marketing and graphics department in preparing recruiting events, recruiting communication programs etc.
• Manage the pipeline process, designed to have high-impact interactions with high potential candidates in their career orientation phase
• Screen and assess applicants’ resumes to select candidates for event participation
• Screen and select the most talented students for fulltime (Associate Consultant) and internship (Associate Consultant Internship) positions
• Analyze and update relevant recruiting data to further develop and shape our campus recruiting strategy
• Gather market intelligence data (e.g. LinkedIn), analyze results and prepare recommendations
• Assist with other administrative duties related to recruiting as required

ABOUT YOU
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• 0-2 years of experience in event/brand management and/or recruiting is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to represent Bain to prospective candidates and interact with senior management at Bain
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English (please mention the Dutch language fluency in your CV)
• Solid organizational skills and eye to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize among multiple priorities
• Ability to quickly build trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, confident, motivated and enthusiastic – genuinely interested in recruiting
• Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams. Strong customer service focus
• Computer literacy - proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
