WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join the BCN Mexico Recruiting team, supporting campus and lateral hiring for our Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function teams.

You’ll work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage qualified candidates across a range of roles. Your primary focus will be building strong talent pipelines and coordinating recruiting activities that support the continued growth of BCN Mexico.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Use online sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and social media to identify and attract candidates for campus and lateral roles
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, qualifications, motivation, and role fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support targeted recruiting approaches for each role
  •  Build and maintain relationships with universities in Mexico, including career services teams, faculty members, and student organizations
  • Support campus recruiting events, including information sessions, workshops, job fairs, panel discussions, and employer-branding activities
  • Represent Bain and BCN Mexico with candidates, students, universities, and the wider talent community
  • Maintain accurate candidate profiles, pipeline information, and interview notes in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, helping provide a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Track recruiting activity and share talent-market observations that help improve sourcing and hiring decisions
  • Stay informed about talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas to the team


ABOUT YOU

  • You have up to two years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • You hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field
  • You are fluent in Spanish and have advanced English skills, with the ability to engage candidates and colleagues in both languages
  • You are curious, proactive, and interested in sourcing and building relationships with candidates
  • You are familiar with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system is an advantage
  • You have strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting
  • You are interested in using talent-market data to identify insights
  • You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence four days per week at our Polanco (Mexico City) office.
