WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH  

You’ll join our EMEA Recruit Enablement team and work in close partnership with colleagues across the Warsaw GBS team and throughout the EMEA region. You’ll also collaborate closely with your manager as you support recruiting operations and improvement projects. 


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM  

As part of Bain’s global recruiting operations, your role supports both regional efforts and local EMEA offices by driving daily recruiting activities and system administration. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role that enables the delivery of a seamless and impactful candidate experience. 

Our team works in a hybrid model (40% of working time in the office). 


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage applications in our recruiting system, including pre-screening candidates and tracking their progress through workflow steps
  • Support interview coordination by scheduling candidate interviews, sending invites through the recruiting system, and handling email queries via the team mailbox

  • Learn and implement best practices from your peers while contributing to recruitment process improvements

  • Participate in regional recruiting projects and assist with executing new process initiatives

  • Collaborate across teams to support Recruitment Days and other recruiting-related tasks



ABOUT YOU 
Required qualifications: 

  • Final-year student or recent graduate, available for full-time work 

  • Proficient in English (C1 level)

  • Demonstrated interest in recruiting or the broader HR field

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, flexible mindset

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and environments

 Preferred qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in a professional environment is a plus

  • Fluency in an additional language is an asset
