WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH


You’ll join our EMEA Recruit Enablement team, based in Bain’s Global Business Services (GBS) office in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll support recruiting operations across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Our collaborative and high-performing environment is focused on delivering a seamless, best-in-class candidate experience. You'll report directly to the team’s manager and work alongside recruiting professionals across the region.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM


As an Associate on the EMEA Recruit Enablement team, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruitment operations across the DACH region. You’ll manage candidate application workflows, coordinate interview logistics, and help optimize recruiting processes. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and quality of Bain’s recruiting efforts.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Manage candidate applications in the company’s applicant tracking system, including processing incoming applications, creating screening folders, and updating workflow stages

  • Coordinate interview logistics and internal documentation for Recruiting Days

  • Schedule interviews and support candidate communications

  • Support application screening and recruiting events

  • Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed


ABOUT YOU


  • Bachelor’s degree or currently in final year of BA studies

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or an administrative role

  • Strong interest in recruiting or the broader HR field

  • Proficient in English (C1 level); German language skills are a plus

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
