Description & Requirements

WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the #1 ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have maintained a spot in the top four on Glassdoor’s list since its founding in 2009. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of our recruiting team, working alongside experienced recruiters and other team members to support hiring efforts across Bain. In this role, you’ll help ensure our recruiting process is seamless, well-coordinated, and delivers a world-class experience to every candidate.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in our Warsaw Global Business Services (GBS) office. The role begins as soon as possible and will run through March 2026.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the logistics for Consultant and Summer Associate recruiting events, including one-on-one candidate interactions (“coffee chats”), interview preparation sessions (“case prep”), dinners, interviews, and offeree events.

  • Manage communication with candidates and Bain team members—this may include RSVP tracking, backfill coordination, and other event-related follow-ups.

  • Provide event and data management support across the broader MBA recruiting team, including help with meeting prep, materials, and ad hoc projects.

  • Assist with all aspects of interview day coordination, both virtual and in-person: prepping candidate communications, managing technical troubleshooting, welcoming students, escorting them to interviews, supporting debriefs, and finalizing post-interview tasks.

  • Partner with program managers and consulting staff to resolve last-minute staffing or scheduling needs.

  • Help organize logistics for Bain’s Welcome Weekend events.

  • Manage candidate reimbursements using Reimbi.

  • Use our applicant tracking system for data entry, event planning, and reporting.

  • Contribute to other administrative recruiting tasks as needed—such as preparing name tags and table cards.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime without prior notice
