WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Performance Improvement Centre of Expertise (PI CoE) based in our Mexico office. Our team partners closely with Bain’s consulting teams and subject-matter experts across the globe to deliver impact through data-driven proposals, client development materials, and internal capability-building assets.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
This is a full-time role within Bain’s Commercial Acceleration team, part of the broader Performance Improvement practice. The team focuses on supporting client-facing efforts and proposal development to drive growth in areas such as procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing optimization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Analyst, you will work on high-impact, client-ready deliverables, including proposals, sales materials, and Bain IP. You’ll apply your problem-solving mindset to distill complex data into actionable insights and communicate those findings with clarity and confidence. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting workstreams by executing tasks aligned with the broader project plan
Conducting zero-defect analysis and research under tight deadlines
Applying analytical tools for financial benchmarking and performance insights
Structuring clear, professional presentations for internal and client-facing audiences
Adapting to diverse business contexts and geographies quickly
Generating realistic, actionable recommendations and resolving discrete issues
Proactively flagging risks and maintaining high-quality standards
Seeking and giving feedback consistently to support your development and that of the team
ABOUT YOU
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, commerce, business, or economics
0–2 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar role
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like Alteryx or Tableau is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work across multiple tasks and projects within a team-based setting
