The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.

/BCN Academy is a dedicated center of excellence to conceptualize, design and deliver best in class learning & development initiatives in and for entire BCN, working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making learning better and feel excited to be part of a ‘start-up’ journey with an opportunity to make a huge impact
/The Learning & Development (L&D) team is looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Assistant to support the smooth delivery of our learning programs. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, with a focus on logistics, scheduling, vendor management. It’s a great entry point for someone who wants to build experience in L&D while honing operations and coordination skills. We are looking for candidates who can join us soon.


About you

/Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
/1-2 years of working experience in L&D space
/Ability to own end-to-end logistics of events, excellent planning, organizational skills 
/Proficient in Excel, Power point, with the ability to manage MIS, analysis, dashboards, and reporting
/Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
/Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
/Ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders, good interpersonal skills
/Demonstrate openness and flexibility while executing training initiatives and projects
/Willingness to travel / be onsite to support in-person trainings as required
/Understanding and basic usage of Open AI/ChatGPT


What you’ll do 

Program Coordination & Logistics

/Support end-to-end travel & logistics, coordinate with participants and facilitators, for trainings and other events organized by BCN Academy
/Support setup and delivery of virtual and in per sessions, including pre-session checks and technical troubleshooting
/Track enrollments, attendance, and completions to ensure smooth program flow

 

Learner & Facilitator Support

/Act as the first point of contact for program participants, answering questions, sharing pre-reads, reminders, and follow-ups
/Assist facilitators and trainers with materials, set-up, and last-minute needs
/Collect and organize feedback from participants post-program

 

Operations & Administration

/Provide onsite training management support, as required
/Maintain and update program trackers and calendars
/Support internal process development and other priorities for BCN Academy
/Keep L&D records and reports organized (attendance, feedback summaries, invoices)
