The person in this role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices into the Accounts Payable system. They review and match invoices, ensure proper coding, and enter data into the system. In addition, they assist in handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, providing support and addressing any questions related to Accounts Payable. They also help with vendor inquiries and collaborate with the Travel & Expense team, reviewing expense details for accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
Your responsibilities:
- Review employee expense details for accuracy and adherence to firm policy, ensuring complete and accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members for workload balancing and addressing volume constraints.
- Identify unusual trends or nonstandard items, proposing policy clarifications or additional approvals as needed.
- Resolve system issues, answer employee questions, and provide superior customer service.
- Assist with generating paylists, bank files, troubleshooting system issues, and responding to inquiries from approvers.
- Working on SAP system
Requirements:
- Student or a fresh graduate of Finance & Accounting, Economy, or another related field
- English and German language skills at B2/C1 level
- Basic understanding of Travel & Expense procedures
- Proficiency in using relevant computer software and applications (e.g., MS Excel, accounting software)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow established procedures
- Ability to learn and retain functional
