Description & Requirements

Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for collection, analysis, reporting and maintenance of employee engagement related surveys data supporting the build and maintenance of core people analytics and dashboards by leveraging a variety of HRIS (Workday / Visier) and proprietary systems. This individual will also support ad hoc analytical requests from the business as needed. This individual will be responsible for organizing and completing these deliverables with general supervision. They will play an important role in the team that is responsible for end-to-end management of all aspects across multiple people surveys, including but not limited to Case team status update (CTSU), Upward feedback, Case leadership status update (CLSU) etc. 

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Provide support for a suite of proprietary and HRIS systems, CTSU analytics, CLSU analytics, Upward Feedback analytics, cross data/employee lifecycle analytics etc.
  • Manage the internal organization of the team through Outlook, MS Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Execute zero-defect analysis of People data and develop presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends and variances
  • Monitor and audit People data to ensure integrity and security
  • Support local office inquiries and provide assistance as needed
  • Work collaboratively as member of the Global People Analytics team 
  • Work with the Business Process Enablement team(s), Technology and Software group etc. (as needed) on addressing systems issues, system upgrades and enhancements. 
  • Demonstrate effective and creative approaches to data gathering in order to complete value-added analyses          
  • Support reporting using automation and data visualization tools such as Tableau / Visier
  • Support simplification and automation of reporting dashboards; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-serviceability by users, wherever required
  • Develop standard and custom analysis for global and local HR offices, catered to the audience’s roles and adhering to data access security guidelines 
  • Display exceptional follow through and punctuality of deliverables on all work streams
  • Build collaborative relationships with IT, data providers and customers in local offices
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes and analysis
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate

 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience is required, previous experience and knowledge of employee engagement and internal people surveys strongly preferred  
  • Strong analytical capabilities

  • Experience with technical tools and platforms 
    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    2. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI preferred; familiarity with Visier is a plus
    3. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, SPSS is strongly preferred.
