You’ll join the Bain Capability Network (BCN), which plays a critical role in supporting Bain’s consulting teams across the globe. This team helps drive insights and research across all industries - whether for client cases, business development efforts, private equity due diligence, or Bain intellectual property. WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Analyst, you’ll be a core member of the BCN team, owning individual work streams within broader consulting projects and contributing insights that shape critical business decisions. This is a generalist role where you’ll work across industries, regions, and topics—bringing a flexible and rigorous approach to every challenge.
The role is based in Warsaw and we work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in office).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Take responsibility for assigned work streams and conduct high-quality analysis
Generate sound hypotheses to address complex business problems
Adapt to client needs and case expectations, proactively resolving issues or surfacing insights
Conduct market and competitor research, survey analytics, online/social media scraping, target screening, and more
Use Bain’s proprietary toolkits to validate your findings with data and clear logic
Collaborate with global teams and contribute meaningfully across the EMEA region
ABOUT YOU
Graduate from a top-tier university, ideally with a quantitative background
0–3 years of experience in analytical roles in a corporate environment; consulting experience is a plus
Proficient English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and detail-oriented mindset
Familiar with GenAI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally with Tableau or Alteryx
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
