WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will join our Market Reputation team, and coordinate Market Reputation marketing activities, including truly local activities for Editorial, PR & External Comms, Digital Mailings and CRM, Digital Marketing and Social Media, Conferences & Events, Alumni and local office priorities. You will also provide ongoing Marketing support to all key stakeholders and work collaboratively with other Marketing functions to achieve Bain Marketing’s overarching goals.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the Market Reputation team and execute/coordinate Market Reputation marketing activities, including administrative tasks and truly local activities for: 
    • Editorial: Help to tailor content to local community needs, help distribute Editorial content in local market, and work with local providers
    • PR & External Comms: Support all local PR activities to develop Bain’s presence in the local market, press, and premium publications 
    • Digital Mailings and CRM: With direction from supervisor, help to tailor mailing content to local community, manage CRM database and build / maintain local contacts / influencers in CRM database
    • Digital Marketing and Social Media: With direction from supervisor, update local Bain.com page, update local content on all digital media, tailor global campaigns to local community, create / edit / distribute local and simple social media content
    • Conferences & Events: Events work will include creating invitation templates, invite lists, rsvp management, post-event activities etc. on Bain CRM and EMS; Marketo and ExactTarget
    • Alumni: Provide support for Alumni in communications and events (where needed)
    • Local office priorities: Assist Client Development efforts for local priority accounts (i.e. non P1/2/3/4/x accounts) and execute internal office communications
  • Provide on-going Marketing support to the Market Reputation team and local office Partners
  • Work collaboratively with other Marketing functions to ensure plans are aligned / complementary and to achieve Bain Marketing’s overarching goals
  • Help to track Market Reputation KPIs and performance, and help to optimize effectiveness


ABOUT YOU


Education

  • Required: Undergraduate degree


Experience

  • Required: 3 years of experience in B2B marketing communications
  • Preferred: Professional services experience


Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Broad marketing knowledge and working experience in B2B marketing communications 
  • Ability to organize and execute distinct projects and / or events
  • Ability to align their projects within Marketing Reputation and create constant transparency about project status to all stakeholders
  • Ability to understand marketing objectives, priorities, and strategies – both for the local office and industry practices
  • Ability to understand and work with Bain content
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
