Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of our global Creative Services team, supporting Bain consultants and internal teams on high-visibility design deliverables across industries and regions. You’ll work closely with designers and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring every request is handled with precision, speed, and outstanding service.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Operations Specialist focusing on workflow management, you'll be the first point of contact for Creative Services design requests. You’ll scope projects, align expectations, and allocate work to the right designer, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our internal clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with internal client teams and business stakeholders to assess design requests, prioritize needs, and assign work effectively
  • Ensure timelines, requirements, and expectations are clearly understood and met, aligning to Bain and client brand standards
  • Manage multiple, time-sensitive requests with confidence and autonomy, making sound prioritization decisions quickly
  • Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks or system issues, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain accurate tracking of project details, deadlines, and time entry against defined KPIs and service levels

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a workflow or project coordination role within a design-focused environment
  • Comfortable working with project management platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Monday, or Jira
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Confident navigating competing priorities and leading cross-functional alignment in fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
