WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
The Analyst, TSG Product Management is assigned to one or a few products. In this role, you will support daily operations, respond to user inquiries, perform routine updates, and analyze user satisfaction and product metrics. You’ll also help scope and deliver smaller enhancements that improve overall functionality and meet stakeholder needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product Maintenance & Analytics (50%)
Support existing products by answering questions and troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes and escalating when necessary
Perform complex manual updates based on incoming requests, using judgment to optimize the product
Run periodic user surveys to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Track and analyze key metrics, summarizing insights and findings
Test routine updates and enhancements to ensure functionality and user-friendliness
Manage Enhancement Requests (40%)
Gather requirements for small to medium-sized requests, working with users to understand the underlying needs and potential solutions
Translate these requests into actionable work using user stories, process flow diagrams, and supporting materials
Collaborate with technical teams and third parties to execute enhancements, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders
Develop Domain Knowledge (10%)
Build expertise in domain areas and system functionality to operate more independently over time
ABOUT YOU
2+ years of professional experience
At least 1 year of experience in a systems-related role
Practical experience in gathering and interpreting user needs, and defining, documenting, and validating requirements
Ability to quickly understand new requirements, technologies, tools, and concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on user needs
Problem-solving mindset and initiative across multiple responsibilities
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
