Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Creative Services, part of Bain’s Global Operations organization. This team partners closely with consulting teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact presentation design and visual storytelling solutions.

As part of the Workflow function, you will act as a key operational bridge between design teams and internal clients—ensuring design requests are scoped, prioritized, and delivered efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Design Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for design workflow intake and prioritization. You will manage resource allocation, monitor service-level adherence, and proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the primary intake point for design requests from consulting teams and business partners
  • Scope requests, align expectations, and assign work to designers based on priority and capacity
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
  • Monitor dashboards and track KPIs to ensure service-level agreement (SLA) adherence
  • Troubleshoot workflow or process issues and implement quick, practical solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflow systems and processes
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain alignment
  • Mentor junior workflow team members on prioritization, scoping, and stakeholder management

ABOUT YOU
 Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience as a workflow or project coordinator in a graphic design-focused environment
  • Strong command of workflow/project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Monday, Jira or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing intake, prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Ability to troubleshoot workflow/process issues and implement fast solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exposure to professional services or corporate environments

WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per week.
