WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Local HR & Talent team in Santiago. You will work closely with the Recruiting & Staffing Manager and collaborate with regional Payroll, HR teams in Brazil, external providers, and business leaders across the office.
This is a highly collaborative role with exposure to both operational and strategic HR initiatives within a global consulting environment.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an HR Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the employee experience while ensuring local HR operations run smoothly and in full compliance with Chilean labor law. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, helping execute HR and recruiting initiatives that strengthen culture, inclusion, and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career transitions
- Execute and coordinate local HR processes, including benefits administration and payroll support (processed regionally by the Brazil team)
- Ensure compliance with Chilean labor law and internal policies
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and other labor documentation, maintaining organized and up-to-date personnel files
- Process medical leaves and required filings with ISAPRES, Dirección del Trabajo, and other public institutions
- Prepare and process employment termination documentation in accordance with local regulations
- Coordinate and support occupational risk prevention initiatives
- Manage the issuance, collection, and submission of labor documentation requested by clients, partnering with internal teams (Payroll, HR) and external providers (occupational health and safety) to ensure compliance
- Support recruiting activities and contribute to a positive candidate experience
- Strengthen organizational culture and promote an inclusive work environment
- Organize HR and DEI initiatives and office events
ABOUT YOU
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- Experience in Human Resources
- Solid knowledge of Chilean labor law
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting operational HR processes (contracts, documentation, benefits administration)
- Analytical mindset and process optimization orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency (ability to operate in a global environment)
- Ability to manage operational HR processes independently
Nice to Have (can be trained)
- Experience in dynamic or fast-paced environments
- Experience working with regional payroll teams
- Experience interacting with external entities (e.g., legal advisors, occupational health providers)
- Experience supporting HR operations in multinational environments
WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 4 days per week.
