WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Associate on our Accounts Payable team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of invoices from both domestic and international vendors. Your attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines will directly support Bain’s financial operations and its strong partnerships across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review and verify invoices for completeness and compliance with company policies
- Process and code supplier invoices in the SAP system
- Prepare invoices for timely payment
- Support reconciliation of open items and vendor accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Address queries from suppliers and stakeholders within agreed SLAs
- Prepare basic AP-related reports
- Follow internal controls and compliance procedures related to Accounts Payable
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, International Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- SAP experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office suite
- Strong written and spoken English (B2/C1 level); Spanish fluency required; Portuguese is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
