1st Place Team
- A international trip to visit another Bain & Company office (location to be determined);
- Fast pass to interview: a chance to participate in Bain & Company’s recruiting process, starting directly at the interview stage;

2nd Place Team
- A gift card to a store to be determined (e.g., Amazon) in the amount of USD 200 per participant;
- Fast pass to interview: a chance to participate in Bain & Company’s Consultant recruiting process, starting directly at the interview stage;
- A certificate recognizing them as the 2nd place winner of the Bain Strategic Challenge 2025.
3rd Place Team

- Jan 30 - Feb 1, 2026: Final Round in-person at the Sao Paulo office (Bain will cover all flights & accommodation costs for finalists to come to Sao Paulo).
