The Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) Program is focused on giving high-achieving undergraduate sophomore/second-year students who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis and First Nations), the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to one of the world’s top strategy consulting firms.
