This event is exclusively designed for members of the LGBTQIA+ community who want to experience Bain in a safe space and explore a career in strategy consulting. You’ll gain real insights into the everyday life of our consultants and learn about the diverse career paths Bain offers across the DACH region. A special focus will be on our Pride@Bain network, where you'll meet Bainies who are passionate about fostering a workplace where everyone can bring their full selves to work.
Over the course of two days, you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect: through interactive sessions, social activities, as well as a hands-on case workshop. Here, you'll step into the role of a Bain consultant and work in teams on a real business challenge, developing your problem-solving skills in an authentic consulting setting. Join us!
Date & Time: The event program runs from Thursday, September 24, 2026 (arrival by 12:00 PM) through Friday, September 25, 2026 (departure from 4:00 PM onwards).
Location: Vienna
Target Audience: The event is open to outstanding university students from the 4th Bachelor semester onwards, as well as PhD students and young professionals from all fields of study who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
