We invite incoming MBA candidates who identify as women at EMEA-based schools to apply for the Lead to Inspire Fellowship. We aim to inspire and empower your MBA journey through impactful personal stories and essential leadership skills, enabling you to navigate and shape your own career journey. 

As a selected participant, you'll gain access to our Lead to Inspire Fellowship events and programming to support your MBA journey, including in-depth interview coaching if invited for Summer internship interviews with one of our offices, and a chance to start preparing for case interviews with your peers and Bain Consultants.

Applications are open until 25 June 2026. Candidates must be admitted to ESADE, HEC Paris (S26 cohort), IE Business School, IESE Business School, or London Business School, and apply with a CV and GMAT/GRE score. Final selections will be announced by the end of July, with the program running from July 2026 to February 2027.
