Lead to Inspire Weekend is a regional program for experienced professionals who identify as women, or who are passionate about advancing women in leadership, and are considering consulting opportunities at Bain in one of our participating European offices. For the 2026 edition, these include: Amsterdam, Athens, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Oslo, Paris, Rome, Stockholm, and Warsaw.
Through practical sessions, honest conversations with Bain consultants, and peer connection, participants gain clarity on what consulting at Bain looks like and whether it could be the right next step.
To apply, please complete the application form and upload your CV. You’ll also be asked to provide a short written response to the question: “What motivated you to apply to Lead to Inspire Weekend at this point in your career, and what would you like to explore or better understand about consulting at Bain?” If you were encouraged to apply by someone in your network, please feel free to mention their name in your application. As part of the process, selected applicants will be invited to complete an online assessment to finalize their application.
