Bain & Company is pleased to announce our 10th annual Texas Women’s Leadership Summit (TWLS). This summit is a two-day event for third-year (junior) undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027. Participants will hear from powerful women leaders from our Women at Bain affinity group about how they have thrived at Bain Texas and have the chance to learn more about what it takes to become a leader.
The TWLS program is for students who are interested in living in Austin, Dallas, or Houston post-graduation and who are interested in connecting with members of our Women at Bain affinity group. Applicants should be on track to complete a four-year undergraduate degree in the United States or Canada by winter 2026 or spring 2027.
Application materials include a resume, cover letter detailing your interest in consulting, and a transcript (unofficial is acceptable). Please ensure all documents are in PDF format.
