London Career Forum 2026 – Bain Tokyo Office Opportunities

Bain & Company’s Tokyo office is accepting applications for Associate Consultant position. This position is for class of 2026 undergraduate and master's students enrolled at universities outside Japan and who can join Bain Tokyo in April or September 2006. Eligibilities:

Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
For non-native Japanese speakers, JLPT N1 or equivalent advanced proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese is expected.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for Japan and start at Bain Tokyo from April 1st or September 1st, 2026.
Applicants should have no full-time work experience.

Selection process:

CV screening

1st Roud interview from January 20 to 26, 2026

2nd and 3rd round interviews from January 28 to February 5, 2026

- At London Career Forum, we will interview candidates whose #1 office preference is the Tokyo office only

- If your first office preference is NOT the Tokyo office, please visit your school’s web page to learn application deadline and apply by the due date

- In order to process your application, we require your resume, academic grade such as GPA and language capability information in your application. We will not be able to process your application if we do not receive all of the information
