Mentoring program for female assessment students at University of St. Gallen (HSG)

Are you an ambitious woman eager to explore the world of consulting? 

Jumpstart your journey with BAINsight, a nine-month program running from March 2026 through November 2026. It's your opportunity to dive into the exciting world of consulting, sharpen your skills at workshops, and have fun at events where you can connect with some of our awesome Bainies and other talented women just like you. 

DATE & PLACE

The mentoring program will take place from March 2026 to November 2026. As a participant, you can enjoy the following sessions:

Kick-off session & dinner, March 10, 2026 
Getting to know the program, your mentors, and each other over a delicious dinner.

Workshop nr. 1

Learn about tips and techniques for self-confident communication and a self-assured demeanor through interactive role-playing.

Let's get creative! 

Let's meet up for a fun event, let the creative juices flow, and connect with your cohort! 

Workshop nr. 2 

Take your case-cracking skills to the next level and learn how to navigate through the different stages of a case interview successfully.

Mock interviews with your mentor 

Experience a real-life case interview situation where you can showcase what you have learned and get immediate feedback.

Closing event & dinner

Let's celebrate the closing of the mentoring program over a lovely dinner.

TARGET GROUP

This mentoring program is for female HSG students who are in their first year of studies (Assessment).

APPLICATION

Please apply with your CV (including Abitur/Matura grades) by February 8, 2026 (click "Register Now")

As part of your application, you will be asked to complete an Online Assessment. After a successful application process, the interviews will take place in the week of February 16th.
