Bain has developed a unique 6-month mentorship program for female students who are as passionate about personal development as we are!
During this program, a group of top female students will join us in our office for 6 afternoons from February to July 2026. These sessions will be filled with the best workshops Bain has to offer. They will help you reflect on your personality, know your strengths, design your path for success and give you the confidence you deserve. Of course, we’ll also spend time showing you what it is like to be a (female) consultant at Bain. Not only will you learn and grow from our trainers and your fellow students, but also through the one-on-one sessions with your assigned mentor.
How to apply?
You can sign up for the Female Mentorship Program of 2026 until Sunday, January 11th, 2026.

Interview process
You will be invited to take the online assessment. This assessment will test your numerical reasoning skills, critical thinking, and business judgement. The deadline for completion the online assessment is January 14th.
After reviewing your online assessment, you could be invited to the final round which consists of mini cases. These cases will take place in the week of January 19th. On January 28 we will announce if you have made it to the final selection.
The first session within the program will take place on February 12th, from 14.00 until 18.00. Details of the final program will be communicated later, but please keep in mind that it will take place one afternoon per month (~14:00-19:00).
