We invite experienced professionals who identify as women to join us for a four-week programme, consisting of exclusive content and networking sessions at our London office and culminating in interviews for our Associate Consultant positions.

Paired with a dedicated Bain buddy, you’ll engage in interactive sessions, develop consulting experience and build the skills to tackle critical business challenges and prepare you for your Bain interviews.

Who:
This program is open to ambitious individuals with 2-6 years of work experience who identify as women. We welcome applications from all industries and degree types. We’re seeking strong communicators with the insight, energy, and drive to make an impact.
How:
Submit your application by 12:00pm (GMT) on Wednesday 21st January. You will need to upload a copy of your CV and complete all application questions prior to final submission. Following the completion of your application, we will send you a link to an online assessment which you will need to sit before 12:00pm (GMT) on Tuesday 3rd February to complete your application. If you do not receive the assessment, this will be because you have completed it within the past 12 months. A retake is not required unless specifically requested. Programme content and networking sessions: One evening per week throughout the month of March 2026. Sessions will take place either on Tuesdays (in person sessions) or Wednesdays (virtual sessions), specific times and dates will be confirmed with successful candidates via email.
Interviews: April 2026, specific dates will be confirmed with successful candidates via email.
