EMEA Recruiting Operations is a part of a global team and collaborates closely with Bain offices across the EMEA region. Junior Specialist / Specialist, EMEA Recruiting Ops will cooperate with dedicated function in the EMEA region, and with local Recruiting teams on recruitment administration day-to-day tasks and projects.

The successful candidate needs to demonstrate the highest professional standards, full independence, and ownership in daily responsibilities. Junior Specialist / Specialist, EMEA Recruiting Ops will support Recruiting team in attracting exceptional talent for permanent and summer associate positions in one or more EMEA offices. This person will act as the central contact for all applicants along the talent journey and manage their application status accordingly.

The role is based in Warsaw and we are working hybrid (your regular presence in the office will be required). Depending on your experience you may be offered either Specialist or Junior Specialist (which at Bain is called Coordinator) position. 


Responsibilities:

  • Managing candidates’ applications in Avature system
    • Pre-screening and screening applications for desired roles
    • Updating recruitment process steps
    • Scheduling job interviews
  • Supporting recruitment events organization
    • Preparing events paperwork and logistics
    • Managing communication among the local recruiting team, interviewers, and candidates
    • Pre-screening and screening applications for particular events
    • Supporting Recruitment days
  • Preparing reports
    • Administering applicants journey to ensure all profiles are managed in a timely manner
    • Analyzing data (downloading pipeline-related reports, preparing summaries, presenting results)
  • Process improvement
    • Sharing expertise and best practices with EMEA local offices
    • Where possible implementing automations
    • Supporting improvement and transformation projects


Requirements:

  • Minimum BA degree 
  • 2-4 years of experience in an recruiting administration, HR administration or similar
  • Previous use of talent management or HRIS systems
  • Fluent English (at least C1 level)
  • Fluency in any other language would be a plus 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and high adaptability to working environment
  • Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and strong problem solving skills
