CREW: Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women Program

Bain’s CREW program is an immersive hybrid experience for second-year undergraduate students who want to discover how women at Bain lead and thrive. The program is open to second-year (sophomore) students completing a four-year undergraduate degree in the U.S. or Canada by winter 2027 or spring 2028. Women are especially encouraged to apply.
