Thanks for your interest in a career or internship with Bain & Company. We have a long-standing tradition of recruiting talented graduates from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and this section is dedicated to our on-campus recruiting activities.
George Tech PhDs and Postdocs should pursue our Advanced Degree (AD) recruiting processes, outlined below.
- ADvantage Program—applications typically open in January and close at the end of February. The experience includes a one-week program in May of 2026 and can also result in a full-time offer to join us as a Consultant (like the previous position). Start dates will be for 2027.
- AD Full Time—Deadline to apply: August 6th. Interviews in September. This is for direct full-time positions (no internship or program). Start dates in 2026.
